Thank you for doing business with Athens Roadside Assistance. Our services require payment before services begin with no exceptions. Also, there is no refund on any services rendered. Our services begin when our driver is dispatched out to your service location. If you cancel a service before our technician arrives for any reason other than our technician did not meet the quoted eta along with a 15 minute grace period allowed to drivers because traffic cannot be 100% predicted in any circumstance. If a service is cancelled there is no refund after payment except for reasons stated. If a service cannot be completed successfully for any reason pertaining to an extenuating circumstance because of a fault to your vehicle there is no refund.
